Course Description: This course is designed to remind you about the differences between marketing and lead-generating, how both are necessary to survive positively in the real estate business, to discuss a variety of methods and strategies, and to even cover some of the more common T.R.E.L.A. rules most often broken when it comes to advertising and marketing. You should walk away with a clearer understanding of the rules, a bucket of new ideas and strategies alongside many of the "old school" tried-and-true methods that still work today.
