Come on down for the first East Valley Meetup of 2019. We will be meeting at the Panera Bread from 2 - 5 Saturday March 16th, 2019. Come join us for an afternoon out with planner friends.
What to expect:
An afternoon to hang out with planner friends to visit and work on your planner with snacks. This is a social event where we all do introductions, share what planner we are in, then just mingle and plan.
We have all been the new person in the room at some point in time so we know how ya feel being the new. The community is VERY welcoming of new people, come with your social hat on ready to dig in and meet a few new ladies.
If you are a shop owner you are welcome to bring items to give away or sell. Please note this isn’t a craft fair with booths, so don’t bring more than can sit at your seat, and don’t expect the resturant to provide change for you.
What to bring:
Resist the urge to pack up your whole craft room! (we know it’s hard). Bring one project you’d like to get mostly done!
Essentials:
Your Planner
Stickers, washi, or items you’d like to use
Your planner ideas & questions
Your favorite pen!
Your lanyard w/ flair. ;)
Optionally you are welcome to bring craft items to swap with others.
Your ticket covers the cost to rent the space which means we have to buy food. We will have a selection of salad’s, soups, cookies, plus coffee & water. Arizona Planner Girls does not profit from these events, the funds pay for the costs, and thing extra will go toward giveaways at this or future events.
We ask that you be respectful of the areas that people are planning vs eating and there is plenty of space to be able to do both.
Any level of experience is welcome to attend, you don't have to be a hardcore planner to feel like you are part of the room! We have a great community that welcomes everyone. There will be plenty of time to visit and get to know lots of new people!
****PLEASE NOTE: This is a child-free meetup. Many of us have children and this is the only time that many women and myself take for themselves every month. In order to honor that time please leave the kiddos at home. If this is something you are passionate about you are welcome to organize an event that accommodates that, but at this time we aren’t facilitating such an event..****
