Using Manual exposure mode can provide many advantages over automatic modes and mastering its use can dramatically increase your percentage of "keepers". Once you grasp the underlying concepts, you will see that working in Manual mode is no more difficult than working in any other exposure mode and, in many situations, it is actually easier. This session begins with the basics and builds on them in a step by step manner that has proven to be effective for all skill levels. Although automatic exposure modes will be discussed, the main goal is to make the attendees comfortable with shooting in Manual mode.
