In this session geared toward frontline staff, LATT staff will share some helpful strategies based on fall program observations of more than five different OST programs. More specifically, we will discuss ideas for managing the classroom while still incorporating high-quality practices such as youth engagement, youth voice and choice, and leadership. We often express the need to incorporate these high-quality practices, but this session will offer practical strategies for doing so.
