Have you felt overwhelmed by school, work, finances, parenting, or the pandemic? If so, this training is for you! In this workshop, we will define stress and anxiety, discuss their impact on individuals, and learn new strategies for coping with the various stressors of daily life.
In this 1-hour workshop, you will learn more about:
The difference between stress and anxiety
How stress affects our well-being
Actions you can take to manage stress in your own life
How to develop healthy coping strategies and implement them effectively
What resources are available in our community if you need help managing stress and anxiety
