Join leaders from Small Business Administration and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for a discussion on best practices in managing both remote teams and teleworkers. Topics will include:

• Performance management while working remotely or teleworking
• Managing a remote team vs managing telework
• Lessons learned from adapting to COVID-19
