Kelly Rich will start Your time off with a grounding guided meditation + centering and the creative genius, Avril Williams of A Dandy Line Studios, will effortlessly lead you into a Macrame 101 workshop!
You will be guided into crafting your own beautiful rope-based plant hanger (valued at $35+) and equip you with the skills to create more in the future! There will also be groovy tunes and an (optional) mimosa bar equipped with fresh juice, organic fruits, and chocolate (because who doesn't love chocolate)!

Avril Williams has a B.A. in Art, Concentration in Art Education, with 15+ years experience teaching art in a wide variety of media including, but not limited to, painting, drawing, ceramics, paper arts, sculpture, illustration, street art, jewelry making, and crafts. In March of 2014 with a one way ticket to Bangkok, she left her jobs and embarked upon a solo journey around the world. Since that first adventure she has been to 19 countries, started freelance writing, and received a 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification with Rachel Brathen and Lara Heimann. She currently resides in Portland, Maine with her partner, Mike, and is using her passion for art, service, yoga, creative writing, spiritual growth, travel, and community to do what she can to leave a positive mark on the world. Kelly Rich holds a B.S. in Health Science + Holistic Health, is a Reiki Master, Kripalu Registered Yoga Teacher, Kripalu Ayurvedic Health Counselor, meditation + spiritual guide, writer + speaker, tarot reader, retreat and workshop leader, and operator of Kelly Rich Yoga + Seaside Wellness. Her passion for creating and organizing events has blossomed into Glow & Grow, a place of abundant creativity and collaboration for all things health, wellness and art. Kelly is an empath, intuitive, dancer, artist, explorer, energy + herbal medicine currently studying towards a 500-hr Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Certification.
