Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made by 11:59 p.m. EDT on June 17, 2024, to receive a refund of registration fees. Refunds will be made to the same credit card number that was used to pay for the initial registration. To receive a refund, email Tessa Dysart (tdysart@arizona.edu). If you would like to request cancellation and refund after that date due to unavoidable exigencies, email Conference Committee Co-chair Carolyn Williams (carolyn.williams.2@und.edu). Registration fees are otherwise non-refundable after June 17.
