Thursday, 31 March 2022 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM AEDT

On Sunset, 2 River Road W, Parramatta, NSW, 2150, Australia.

The Liberal Democrats stand for Small Government, Free Markets, Personal Responsibility and Individual Freedom.  These principles translate into great policies including low, flat taxes, less government regulation and less government interference in your daily life.

Come along for a Lebanese banquet and to meet Lower House candidate Nick Samios (Berowra) and lead Senate candidate John Ruddick (NSW).

Special guest MC will be former Liberal Democrats leader, David Leyonhjelm. David represented the party in the Senate from 2014 to 2019, and has been a notable advocate for free markets as a member of the Institute of Public Affairs.

Brian Marlow, President of the Australian Taxpayers’ Alliance, will deliver a Reply to the Budget. Brian heads the lead activist and advocacy organisation of Australia that campaigns against over-regulation and burdensome taxation.

Ross Cameron, former member for Parramatta, will lead a lively discussion with John Ruddick and other state Senate candidates who will join us by video link:

  • Queensland - Campbell Newman - former premier of Queensland
  • Victoria - David Limbrick - member of the Victorian Legislative Council since 2018 (many refer to David as the "unofficial leader of the opposition" in Victoria)
  • South Australia - Kenelm Tonkin
  • Western Australia - Kate Fantinel

Tickets can be purchased individually, or put together some like-minded friends to make up a table of 10.

One thing the pandemic has taught us is how power-hungry the major parties have become. Help us restore liberty and democracy to Australia starting in north-western Sydney!

Check out the Liberal Democrats YouTube Channel to learn more about our policies and to hear from our lead candidates around the country.

NB:  Tables seat 10 - so to buy a table simply select "10" for the number of tickets you require.

Nicholas Samios
Candidate for Berowra
LDP

Nicholas Samios is a long time resident of Berowra, a husband, and a father of three children raised and schooled in the Berowra electorate.  Born into a small business family, he turned his passion for small business into a long career in commercial finance, funds management and investment.  He shares the dream held by business owners and aspirational parents alike - to have the freedom to make their own decisions, and to stand on their own two feet with government out of their way.  He is running for Berowra to help make this dream a reality.
