Immediate intimacy with Jesus and his unquenchable joy, a focus on the humble and lowly, and a willingness to suffer for love's sake, are not optional in the life of a Christ-bearer. Iris Global exists to participate in bringing the Kingdom of God to earth in all its aspects, but most especially in our calling to serve the destitute, the lost, the broken and the forgotten. Heidi Baker
Heidi’ Greatest Passion is to live in the manifest presence of God and to carry His glory, presence and love to a lost and dying world. She longs to see others laying their lives down for the sake of the gospel and coming home to the Father’s love. Rolland and Heidi Baker founded Iris Ministry, now Iris Global in 1980. In 1995 they were called to the poorest country in the world at the time, Mozambique, and faced an extreme test of the Gospel. They began by pouring out their lives among abandoned street children, and as the Holy Spirit moved miraculously in many ways a revival movement spread to adults, pastors, churches and then throughout the bush all across Mozambique's ten provinces. Heidi is now "Mama Aida" to thousands of children, and oversees a broad holistic ministry that includes Bible schools, medical clinics, church-based orphan care, well drilling, primary schools, evangelistic industries, cottage farms, widow’s programs, and healing outreaches in remote villages that includes a network of hundreds of churches. She earned her BA, MA degrees from S.C.C., Vanguard University and her PhD from Kings College, University of London. She is calling for a passionate tribe of believers who will pour out theirlife for loves sake and bring all children of all age’s home to the Fathers embrace!
Will Hart
In 1999 Will walked into the basement of a church not knowing why he was there. That night the Holy Spirit reached out and grabbed him by the heart and he was never the same. Since then Will and his wife Musy have traveled and ministered with Bob Bradbury, Randy Clark and Rolland and Heidi Baker. Will's call is to take the simplicity of the gospel and power of the Holy Spirit wherever he goes. Whether it is the jungles of Congo or the streets of Thailand, he is expectant and confident in the Holy Spirit showing up in power.
David Wagner
David Wagner has a passion for reaching the lost, restoring the broken, and healing the hurting through the powerful Word of God and the demonstration of the Holy Spirit. David believes the church is a prophetic voice in the earth to help believers discover their identity in Christ and the destiny and purpose of God for their lives. He has heard the cry of the Father’s heart to raise up spiritual sons and daughters in the church and established Father’s Heart Ministries in 2001. David has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Central and South America and abroad. David equips believers by speaking at prophetic conferences, youth and children’s crusades, and leadership training meetings. He has ministered in a variety of denominational settings, and has personally been a part of planting churches in the nations. Throughout his ministry, he has seen thousands come to know the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. David currently serves on the ministry staff of Jubilee International Ministries in Pensacola, Florida. He was ordained into ministry October 17, 2000 and has continued in a full-time ministry function in the local church. David also serves as the Dean of Students and the Assistant Head of School for Jubilee Christian Academy and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Council on Bible Curriculum in Public Schools. He lives in Pensacola with his wife, Molly. David and Molly have three children: Arah, Benjamin, and Caleb, who love to minister with Daddy whenever possible.
Steve Swanson
Steve Swanson has traveled throughout the world leading people in worship. He has led worship in conferences with many powerful ministries such as: Patricia King, Randy Clark, Heidi Baker, Paul Kieth Davis, Bill Johnson, JoAnn McFatter, Joshua Mills and more. Steve carries a powerful anointing and impartation in worship, intercession, and prophecy that creates an atmosphere of breakthrough in worship that opens the heavens. His unique gifting and passion allow worshipers to experience freedom, joy, and intimacy with the Lord. Steve has released 20 worship CD's and continues to record and produce his own as well as other artist's works. Steve, his wife Lisa and their two sons reside in Casa Grande Arizona. Since 1997 they have overseen Friends of the Bridegroom Worship Ministries, www.fobworshipmin.org a ministry dedicated to the release of His creativity in worship and the arts.
Chad Dedmon
Chad and his wife, Julia, were ordained by Iris Ministries and Bethel Church and have since enjoyed traveling together to over 25+ nations. Chad has a background in youth ministry as a pastor and has also been involved as a short term missionary. He enjoys living life abundantly, speaking and demonstrating the healing power of God, and activating the church to step into it’s full potential. Chad has been featured on the Sid Roth show, in Charisma magazine, and the 700 Club. He has a heart to see the Church operate in the fullness of abundance seeing love, miracles, and healing displayed in the corporate body of Christ. Chad has co-authored a book, The Risk Factor which is aimed to inspire and provide practical tools to help individuals walk into new levels of personal faith and risk. Chad works full-time for the Bethel School of Ministry at Bethel Church in Redding, CA.
