Juan López Espantaleón was born in Madrid (Spain). He studied photography and video in Spain with influential artists and professionals in Europe. He moved to New York in 2006. Juan is a professional commercial photographer with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Juan has been teaching both studio and art history for the last 10 years. He has published his work in multiple magazines including The New York Times Magazine, The New Yorker, Bon Appetit, Luxe, and Elle Spain and Italy. In addition, Juan has collaborated with other artists and film makers on different movie productions.

J-Walt is a director, performer, interactive designer, filmmaker, graphic artist, music composer, and VR pioneer. For over three decades, he has been at the forefront of interactive art and computer performance. His Lucid Dreamscapes performances combine aspects of animation, video games, music, theater, dance, and architecture into a new art form. He has performed around the US and worldwide, creating art and performances in large immersive spaces. J-Walt won an Academy Award for his development of a real-time pre-visualization system, and received a Themed Entertainment Award for his digital puppetry. He has produced location-based video games for Sony, and was a founding member of Disney's VR studio. His movies and images have been exhibited at Ars Electronica, SIGGRAPH, MOCA, Sinking Creek Film Festival, New York Animation Festival, and DomeFest. He founded and ran the Los Angeles Abstract Movie Workshop.

Phil is also a multi award-winning independent filmmaker who co-runs production company Thursday Shoots LLC along with fellow FTC graduates Tom A. Capps, Kevin Etherson and Michael Mercadante. Phil prefers a single slice of pickle on sandwiches - any more than that and the flavor is too overpowering.

Paul began his career in the Film industry while still attending classes at FTC in 2003. He began working with Technocrane camera cranes at Panavision New York. In 2004 he joined IASTE Local 600 - International Camera Guild, while teching a crane for the film “War Of The Worlds”. He has made a career for himself as a technician on camera cranes and stabilized camera systems for a variety of feature films, episodic television shows, streaming shows,
commercials and concerts. Paul also operates cameras on cranes all over the world for live events, and has done 3 Super Bowls and 3 World Cups, in which the latter he has won 2 Emmy Awards for his work on. Paul now owns his own rental company offering telescopic camera cranes, Stabilized Remote Heads, Jibs and Remote Camera platforms named Empire Production Support (EPSRemotes.com). There he rents gear and shares his 20yrs of expertise to the film industry here in New York, New Jersey and the whole Northeast. His current work includes scenes on tv shows “Ghost”, “Evil”, “Law & Order”, “SVU”, “Organized Crime”, “And Just Like That”, among many others. He has just returned from 6 weeks in Qatar for the Men’s
World Cup, and 2 weeks in Arizona working on Super Bowl LVII.

Currently, Steven is a member of the Nassau County Camera Club where he is the membership chairperson, PFLI rep and assists in club programming.

Ramfis Myrthil is a New York-based filmmaker who champions films by people of color, women, and the LGBTQ community, while promoting themes of passion and integrity in all of his work. Ramfis’ started his journey into the film industry by premiering his first short film, entitled Love and the Small Print (2012), at the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival, where it was picked up by Shorts International for worldwide distribution. Ramfis has joined as an advisor for Sundance Film Institute’s Sundance Collab producing program, and is also a co-founder of the Hyphen Grant, a program built to fund, develop, support, and champion Caribbean filmmakers and the development of the film industry throughout the Caribbean and West Indies. He was named to Stars' 2018 40 Under 40 list in 2018, and has served as a recognized panelist across a variety of film festivals, including Cannes, South by Southwest, and most recently the British Film Institute. Recently, Ramfis became the co-president of the Black TV & Film Collective, where he continues to bring more black voices into the world of film and television.
