We are BACK and BIGGER than last year! After a amazing sold out event in 2018 we cant wait to invite runners and joggers of all abilities to our 2nd annual LIFE ROCKS 5KM!

We’ll get started at 7:00 pm. You’ll have plenty of time to finish up, grab your finish swag and then grab a drink with friends while rocking your best Lycra.
WHERE AT?
Located close to downtown and popular destination spots like the Simmons Building, the LIFE ROCKS 5km takes place on Calgary’s St. Patrick’s Island. Our course takes you on some of the newest pathways that are just begging to be raced on. With parking on-site, why not join us for a night run before heading out on the town with your closest friends?

PRICING
We’ll keep it simple. 25$ gets you a spot on the start line before March 15th. After that you will have to skip a Starbucks and save another fiver’ so we can keep the race organized and running smoothly. If you are the spontaneous type, you can also register on race day for $35.
RACE PACKAGE PICKUP
If you are the type of person that likes to lay out your race bib number on your Instagram post the day before getting after it, you can join us at Seed N Salt for package pick up Thursday between 4-8 pm. Otherwise show up at the start line prior to 6:30 pm and we’ll get you your number!

PRIZES
If there is one reason to get out and race with us, it’s because we have a pretty unique finisher medal that you can hang on your neck with pride! If you are quicker and like to race for swag, good news…this is a ROCKIN’ event! Podium finishers in the top 5 men and women overall will get a sweet swag bag from Rock On Clay as well as a trophy that seriously rocks! Aid Stations, Snacks, etc. There is a water aid station on course that you hit twice. It can get a little nippy after dark, so we will have warm drinks waiting for you at the finish line along with a light snack. The course It’s fun, and fast! It’s also an accurately measured 5 km.
