The award-winning string ensemble is made up of highly gifted young soloists aged 14 to 23 and brings together musicians from more than 15 nations. Together, the members of the LGT Young Soloists have won more than 80 prizes in national and international competitions; every year they play about 30 concerts. The project LGT Young Soloists gives high-carat young instrumentalists the opportunity to perform regularly on the world’s leading stages as soloists, chamber and orchestral musicians, enthralling audiences with their highly professional playing.
The 2019/2020 includes highlights such as the ensemble’s debuts at Hamburg’s Elbphilharmonie, Berlin’s Philharmonie, in Bangkok and Jakarta, as well as performances at the Rheingau Music Festival, at the Philharmonie in Luxembourg, Vienna’s Musikverein, Neues Schloss Stuttgart and the Victoria Hall in Singapore.
Since their founding, the LGT Young Soloists appear regularly at the world’s most important concert halls, including in metropolitan centres such as New York, Beijing, Shanghai, Dubai, Moscow, Paris and Tel Aviv.

The violinist and pedagogue Alexander Gilman and the pianist Marina Seltenreich partnered with LGT Private Banking in 2013 to unite high-carat young soloists in one ensemble.
