The DMZ, 10 Dundas Street East, Toronto, ON, M5B2G9, Canada.

On Wednesday, October 31st join Phillip Gales, former VP of Operations at ChefHero as he walks through an introduction to startup unit economics.  Phillip will provide an overview of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), two important business metrics for founders to track as you look to scale your operations.  We’ll then open the talk up to questions, allowing companies to work through their customer acquisition and retention metrics with the group.

This workshop will help you:

  • Gain an overview of CAC/LTV
  • Understand how to track key business metrics as you scale your business
  • Analyze those metrics to tactically inform company growth strategy

If your startup is looking to apply data driven decision making to your growth strategies and reduce CAC/LTV then this workshop is for you!
