Course Description:

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training gives students insight to the techniques of Lean Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodologies.  A Yellow Belt certifies knowledge of how to integrate Lean Six Sigma methodologies for the improvement of processes to better meet customer expectations and bottom-line objectives of their organization.

 

Course Objectives:

  • Educate participants on the understanding of process improvement via process management.

  • Give participants the necessary tools required in order to become a valuable player within an agency’s larger goals.
