The 201 workshop is a 40 hour higher level training that teaches the student how to  build a project plan or Lean Control Tower for site transformation and also enables the student to teach the Lean Workshops. This workshop is targeted for Lean Champions and Site Leaders and shows them how to create a Lean transformation for the next 12-18 months that looks at the competitive environment, where improvements need to take place and training requirements for the teams.   At the end of the week, the site will have a clear plan that will improve their competitiveness, increase workforce engagement and provide a path for their lean journey.
