We are living in unprecedented times as a result of COVID 19.  The challenges that this epidemic has created has directly impacted us both personally and professionally.  Many of the freedoms and privileges that we once experienced have been radically altered and in some cases have even ceased to exist.  Adapting to this degree creates stress, anxiety, emotional trauma and ultimately an experience of grief as we struggle with no longer possessing the life that we once had.  

In this seminar, we will discuss:

- Define grief and discuss the various stages of grief

- Coming to terms with how this epidemic has impacted our lives both personally and professionally

- The nature of "loss"

- How living with the "unknown" impacts us emotionally and psychologically

- How to move forward and develop a new vision and reality for life even when the circumstances and situations around us may not change

- Practical tools that you can utilize for yourself and for your workforce to help navigate these challenging times.
