Leadership Rumble

Keri and I have been working toward more vulnerable leadership. We have had an opportunity to dive into this with our coaches and mentors and would like to share with you what we have learned, and to learn from you.

This is what we intend to create in this event:

1. Discover our vulnerable self

2. Learn how to tell our vulnerable story so people can connect with us on a deep level

3. Experience the power of connecting deeply with others

4. Create a personalized leadership roadmap that integrates strengths with vulnerability

5. Learn how to create safety in discussing shame and vulnerability:

    A. Bringing up embarrassing health conditions

    B. Help your team work through shame to get to self worth so they can move forward

    C. Mentoring through deep emotions

We want this rumble to be small and intimate, so we'll open up 20 spots and make it first come first served. This Rumble is for entrepreneurs looking to learn more vulnerable Leadership.
