PDG is excited to announce our new Leadership Professional Certificate (LPC) Program, which will consist of six on-line workshops. Each workshop will be between 60 and 90 minutes in duration; and will be held on Tuesdays. Martie Adler, who will host the series, has been involved in higher education for over 35 years. She is currently the Assistant Director of Talent & Organization Development at Indiana University; and has worked with over 200 colleges and universities globally.
Just glance at the headlines of any newspaper, or listen to business news, and you will observe numerous examples of the impact lack of trust has in the workplace. As part of the leadership development series Martie will not only guide and teach us the foundational elements of building trust, we will also look at the important facets of how to build skill in communication and listening, conflict and confrontation, the essential coaching skills as well as, a deep dive into the process of implementing a model of Expectations and Accountability.
The six part series will include a final exam for completion of the certificate program and will include nine hours of CPE credits with a passing grade of 80% or above. Each session is live and will also be recorded for anyone who cannot attend at that time.
