Leadership 101 Session 3 (Option 2)

This is the 2nd offering of Session 3.

FSU Leadership 101 is the introduction to management and leadership class at Fayetteville State University and is mandatory for all FSU managers and supervisors. The purpose of this program is to familiarize FSU managers and supervisors with "Level I" competencies required to be a successful institutional leader. At the end of the introductory session, the participant will be able to:

•       Outline the expectations of people leaders at Fayetteville State University;

•       Locate resources available to meet leader expectations (deliverables);

•       Target leadership competencies that you would like to further development; and

•       Create a personalized Blueprint for Success to achieve individualized competency development goals.

There are three sessions to FSU Leadership 101 with Session 1 being offered three times in September, Session 2 being offered three times in October, and Session 3 being offered three times in November. All managers and supervisors must attend one day of each of the three sessions.
