LEAD Spanish Chapter - FallEvent

Narcis Roura, General Manager, Southwest Europe Region for PepsiCo will open the discussion on Gender Diversity at the LEAD Spain Chapter meeting in Barcelona on 04 October 2018.

“Doing, Not Trying”

The point is that when we say we are trying we don’t really have to do anything. It also provides us with an excuse for why we didn’t accomplish the outcome we say we want. In our next meeting we will focus on what we should be doing instead of just trying. Part of our discussion will tie in approaches such as Unconscious Bias and other means to achieve our goals.

Event Details

The event will take place in Barcelona´s city centre at the Hotel Expo (Carrer de Mallorca, 1, 08014 Barcelona) from 17,00 til 20,30. We will host a range of speakers and activities including a network cocktail. The event is free though our space is limited to 150 people
