Design thinking is a framework for solving problems that encourages creativity and risk taking. This class will explore design thinking with the LAUNCH Cycle, a hands-on iterative process for building projects geared towards students' questions and interests. Class participants will receive a copy of LAUNCH: Using Design Thinking to Boost Creativity and Bring out the Maker in Every Student by AJ Juliani and John Spencer.
