The Latrobe Stress Buster classes offer free emotional health support to residents of the Latrobe Valley over 6 one hour sessions.  Join our qualified staff in learning about the cycle of stress and how to beat the habits that maintain high stress states. 

The Stress Buster classes will offer the latest information about the impact of stress on our health and wellbeing as well as offering practical strategies for beating stress and maintaining improved emotional health.  The Stress Buster program will offer you a unique insight into our stress responses, thought processes and behaviours that ignite and maintain high stress states.  Learn how to reduce your stress, feel more in control and enhance your quality of life.   

All course materials are included in our class programs at no cost.

Facilitated by Terri-lee Hill, a qualified and experienced mental health clinician and counsellor. Terri-lee Hill has held a number of senior positions and regularly presents as a guest speaker on a range of mental health issues. Terri-lee has specialised training in clinical mental health care, problem behaviour change and managing intense emotions. Terri-lee Hill teaches and supervises health and wellbeing professionals across Gippsland, as well as sitting on a number of steering groups as an advisor on mental health.
