Lagers & Leadership is small group mentoring and development opportunity in a more intimate setting. Sandy provides engineering and environmental technical expertise to the North Central Texas Council of Governments. She has extensive planning, environmental, and design experience for highways, tollways, managed lanes, light rail, freight railroads, shared-used paths, and multi-modal corridors. Sandy has worked on transportation projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth region for almost 35 years. She has led and been responsible for many high-profile and complex projects that required long-term improvement plans and extensive public and agency engagement.
Sandy graduated from Texas A&M University and has worked for both public agencies (TxDOT and NCTCOG) and private firms and is currently self-employed. When not working on transportation projects, she is volunteers for Habitat for Humanity both locally and internationally.
