Experience the power of Ceremonial Cacao and Sound Healing intertwined within a Yin Yoga class.

Join Jessi Luna and Zach as they bring the sacred medicine of cacao from Guatemala with the blessings of their local teacher and Mayan ceremony leader.

Cacao is a sweet fruit with bitter seeds that when processed make chocolate. When prepared appropriately (and without additives) the raw ground "nibs" make the most delicious hot drink. This ceremonial drink of cacao is not only physically nutritious for the body but also energetically opening for the heart, soul and spirit. Cacao assists us in peeling back the layers we cover over our heart. When combining with movement and sound, this journey takes us to a deeply nourishing and transformational state of being.

Jessi and Zach are cofounders of Seven Springs Retreat Center in Tennessee as well as Kula Collective, an international yoga school holding trainings and retreats in sacred locations around the world. Together Jessi and Zach have led over 50 retreats and workshops, and they are honored to share these experiences with the New Smyrna Beach community!
