The team at R Marine Jones would like you to join us on our annual trip to Kooringal located at the southern tip of Moreton Island departing Friday the 2nd March returning Monday 5th of March 2018.
Kooringal is a sleepy little town is famous for The Toulkerrie Oyster Farm where you can get fresh oysters grown right on Moreton Island. Although more isolated Kooringal offers a relaxing, secluded boating off the beaten path, with great fishing all around.
We will provide you with all the details of the trip including itinerary after you have reserved your place. Payment will be required closer to the date and we will contact you at that time.
This experience is suitable for all size Riviera boats, whether your Riviera is powered by petrol or diesel engines with a stern drive, shaft drive or IPS.
The cost is $80 per Adult and $25 per Child. This covers the cost of a buffet style dinner and Happy Hour drinks on Friday night at our favourite venue "THE GUTTER BAR". Please advise our office of any particular dietary requirements. We will contact you closer to the event for payment.
We will be reviewing the weather prior to the trip and a final decision will be made on Tuesday 27th of February as to whether we will make the trip to Kooringal, postpone or we depart for an alternative location. You will be notified by Wednesday 28th at the latest via email or text message.
