Kinetic Link Training (Functional Strength & Conditioning) is a two day career-development program which attracts physiotherapists, kinesiologists, exercise physiologists, fitness coaches, personal trainers, osteopaths and more. The course explores the latest concepts and advances in full-body functional strength training and the design of resistance training programs to achieve improved daily movement and athletic performance goals.

KLT is a highly practical course. The delivery format is very interactive with a significant percentage of each program dedicated to acquiring and mastering practical skills. All Kinetic Link Training courses integrate clinical experience and reasoning with the latest in evidence-based scientific opinion, allowing participants to discover proven strategies for success.

Wayne Rodgers is an APA Sports Physiotherapist, KLT Functional Strength Coach and international course presenter, with 28 years experience in the health and fitness industries. He has been a sports physiotherapist for several national and international sports teams including the Australian Netball team and the Australian Commonwealth Games team.  Wayne is currently based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast (Australia), where he runs a successful sports physiotherapy, functional strength training and fitness coaching business. Wayne has a special interest in functional strength training & sports conditioning. He has a strong belief in facilitating the development of high performance through progressive personal empowerment. In recent years he has used fine-tuned his ability to convert complex health and high performance concepts into vitalised messages and simple strategies. As such he has become an increasingly popular & regular presenter on corporate-health, sports physiotherapy and fitness industry seminars - having presented over 2500 hours of professional development training to Australian and International audiences over the past 18 years.
