The holidays are perfect for spending quality time with your family. This year, we want to encourage children to get involved in the kitchen by learning to make your new favorite kid-friendly recipes. The class will be set up as a Zoom meeting, with the option for participants to turn on their cameras and their microphones as they follow along from home. Prior to the class, participants will receive a list of the necessary ingredients, equipment, and recipes so that you can be prepared to cook along.
Class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health. This event is free and open to anyone in the community.
