We are thrilled to be coming back for our 3rd Annual Men’s Summit! With a focus on creating space for men to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus, it’s our prayer that this retreat will give you practical tools to step into greater intimacy with the Father, identify the assignment he has for you, and to act on that calling. We will be spending two days diving into God’s word and learning to boldly walk out the calling Christ has on our lives. We invite you to join us as we ask God to equip us to be men of action.
Kaleo Initiative is the foudning entity which brings you events such as Mindfield Retreat and Uncommen Nights. We have rebranded the retreat to more accurately reflect what the Lord is doing our lives and the ministry of serving men! We're excited to have you join us for Kaleo Initiative's Men's Summit 2020.

Kaleo Initiative is a movement for today's followers of Christ to take bold action in stepping into the calling God has for their lives. For the past two years we called this event "Mindfield Retreat" with the idea that it was a one and done event. It was clear the Lord had a different plan for us. After two years of retreats, 6 years of bible studies, and a year of quarter events, we felt led to start Kaleo Initiative. Kaleo Initiative now brings you Men's Summit and Uncommen Nights. We are focused on equipping men to become bold leaders in their faith, family, and workplace.
