Billy served for 26 years with the U.S. Air Force. He became an adjuster in 2015, and came to MileHigh Adjusters Houston in 2020 to be our Director of Training/Lead Instructor. He is Level 3 Certified in Xactimate X1 and teaches our students Level 1, some of Level 2, and a bit of Level 3. His emphasis is on teaching keyboard shortcuts, quick keys, and macros to prepare our students to move as quickly and efficiently as possible through their claims, while staying very accurate. He also is over Level 1 and Level 2 Certification Courses.
