Our summer training is a great way to extend the current track season as well as prepare for upcoming athletic seasons. Focus is on strength, endurance, proper form, flexibility and teaching the body to move harmoniously. No skills are required but we do ask our athletes to show up ready to work hard; focusing all their energy on the task at hand.
Sessions will be held on post between the track and the hill... location will change depending on the previous sessions.
Our goal is to prepare our incoming high school athletes for the sport of their choice as well as build a mentoring environment for our younger athletes.
