Exhibit Description: The Durham Art Guild and the Triangle Community Foundation present “Artistic Connections and Extensions of Culture” featuring vibrant, engaging artwork by Triangle-based artist José Manuel Cruz. “I believe that my work embodies my urban culture with a splash of reality and the opportunity for me to explore the canvas and the materials I use. ”
About the Triangle Community Artists Gallery: As part of the Foundation’s focus on the arts, our office space also serves as a rotating art gallery. Through this partnership with the Durham Art Guild (DAG), we are supporting and fostering local artists, and encouraging our community to connect and engage in meaningful conversation inspired by art. Each art cycle is celebrated with a reception featuring our newest artist, open to the public.
