The most superstitious of days, and the time where the veil is the thinnest between our world and the spirit world, and what better location than an island steeped in legends, paranormal claims and ghostly apparitions.
Originally this island was used as a hunting ground for the Muskogean Indians and the unusually tall and now extinct Timucua Indians who left behind spiritual totems and mounds. Settled later by Spanish and the French then after the Civil War was turned into a Millionaire's Playground by offering a secluded winter retreat for the most powerful families on the planet, with names like the Rockefellers, Morgans, and Goodyear.
Hotel rooms with phantom smells of cigar smoke, coffee vanishing from filled cups and newspapers refolding themselves are just some of the claims from inside the Jekyll Club Hotel. Ghostly sightings of children at the Du Bignon Cemetery, rocks and objects thrown at the Horton House, disembodied voices and conversations coming from the Lending Library are just some of the paranormal activity that has happened during our previous events.
Whether you are a novice, an experienced ghost hunter or just curious, you will be well cared for during this event as Chad Morin teaches you the basics of ghost hunting and then carefully guided with his Crew to the paranormal hot spots, so hopefully, YOU can experience and take home some evidence for yourself.
