Join our next CPD events in February and learn more on how Facility Managers can effectively maintain their liability in relation to building defects (material/workmanship/specification/design deficiencies) mitigate costs and the need for repeated repair. The session will explore what to look out for when taking over a building, how to effectively manage existing defects; how to identify serious defects and when is it time to call in a Consultant along with the important statutory compliance and contractual considerations.

Sam is a construction professional with over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Development and Construction industry and has been working across the Middle East region in a wide range of Real Estate, construction and management roles for 10 years.
