TARGET AUDIENCE

The Prudential Regulation Authority (BoE) and Financial Conduct Authority are the main regulators of the legacy sector and all senior staff that have contact with the regulators should attend this session. For staff in claims, accounting, compliance and auditing attendance at this presentation will give an insight into the outside forces that can affect your role and employment. This session will provide, amongst other things, an opportunity to listen to and discuss regulatory change within the legacy sector.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

This briefing will give delegates the opportunity to meet with our FAC run-off sector regulator and listen to a panels thoughts on current regulation. Delegates will be able to participate in the panel discussion regarding regulatory changes that have recently taken place and build on their knowledge of what further regulatory changes are planned for 2019/2020.
