IRLA Academy Training event - Mergers, Acquisitions & other options for finality

This session is constructed to appeal to a range of senior personnel and interested parties who wish to gain an end to end overview of Mergers & Acquisitions. The content is designed to be of value to those with an involvement or interest in buying or selling a portfolio or looking for economic finality through other solutions. Delegates will:

• Receive a comprehensive picture of the key processes at work in deciding upon and then executing a process for finality.

• Explore the key processes required by both sides within a typical sale which needs to be analysed.

• Consider the choice of whether to dispose of a portfolio and if so how.

IRLA CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Payments must be made to AMS (Outsourcing) Services Limited by BACS prior to registration acceptance. Cancellation and refund of monies paid will not be permitted any later than 14 working days prior to the event. In the event of cancellation less than 14 working days, or any non-attendance, all monies will remain due. If the cancellation of any IRLA event occurs due to circumstances beyond the control of IRLA, any monies paid by you will not be refundable (and any monies due from you will remain due) to the extent that IRLA has paid or has committed to pay the costs of running the event and cannot itself obtain reimbursement. In all circumstances where interest exists IRLA will attempt to run the event once again. IRLA is not responsible for any travel or other costs incurred by registrants. NO liability is assumed by IRLA for changes in the programme date, content, speakers or venue. Transfers may be made up to 24 hours before the event date.
