TARGET AUDIENCE
This workshop will appeal to in-house lawyers as well as all claims, reinsurance and related professional staff, particularly those involved in reinsurance claims and collections.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of this session, delegates will have a reasonable knowledge of these critical areas of reinsurance law and be up to date on recent case law in these areas. The course will also consider the relevant wordings and clauses, their purpose and how the courts have interpreted these clauses. It will also summarise the effect the court decisions on Follow Settlements, Aggregation and Trigger, have had on those clauses and the market.
