The IPSEF HE Forum will inform four key stakeholder groups involved in the HE sector about opportunities for expansion in the Middle Eastern region.
Through a series of case studies, panel discussions and key-note presentations the IPSEF HE Forum will raise awareness of the key components involved in developing a strategy for expansion or market entry. The IPSEF HE Forum will primarily appeal to:
1) HE providers looking to set up branches or a new campus
2) Existing or new investors in HE
3) Regulators
4) The supplier community - from lawyers and architects, to IT suppliers and resource providers

Cancellation policy TERMS AND CONDITIONS CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS We understand that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please let us know as soon as possible in writing to confirm this to the organiser. Should a substitution not be possible, cancellations received prior to 8 weeks before the event will be refunded in full,between 8-4 weeks 50% of the fee will be payable and within 4 weeks 100% of the fee will be payable. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time.
