In addition, we are pleased to have Professor Andrew Sharman to give us a sharing session through WEBINAR. Andrew is Chief Executive of RMS, a global consultancy specializing in culture and leadership supporting organizations around the world through industry sectors including mining, construction, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG. His personal consulting experience spans a broad range of clients in over 100 countries from FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organizations including Apple, Bayer, Burberry, DHL, Heineken, Mercedes Benz, PepsiCo, Sodexo and Tata - to Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) including the United Nations, the International Trade Centre, and the World Health Organization.
In demand as a chairman, debate facilitator and public speaker, known for an interactive, thought-provoking style, Andrew addresses audiences of up to 1,000 delegates at professional development conferences around the world – in the last twelve months this includes more than 20 separate events in China, America, Canada, Australia, Russia, South Africa and many across Europe. His 2014 TED talk continues to change perceptions around risk and fear in modern society. A letter from HM the Queen - in commendation of his creation and chairmanship of Scotland’s first ever public debate on workplace safety, held at Holyrood, the Scottish Parliament - could well be his most treasured possession.
