Want to learn more about historical fencing? Want to learn how to be a badass with a longsword? Want to join a group of people dedicated to supporting one another?

 

Then Intro to Longsword & Fencing is for you. This 3-week course is designed to be fun, interactive, and teach you the concepts of fencing with a longsword. Once you've been introduced to these concepts, you'll have the option of continuing studies with us.

  • The course is designed for students who are curious about historical fencing and if HEMA is for them.

  • We'll introduce you to the fundamentals of fencing theory and core german longsword techniques.

  • This is an intro course - 100% completion is not required to become a student of DHFA.

  • Included is a free DHFA Shirt. 

Schedule

  • Thursdays @8pm
  • Saturdays @2pm

Classes last one hour. On day 2, coached sparring becomes available to you.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 1 week before the event. Within 1 week, cancellations are allowed, but no refund is available.
