Into the Heart is a residential yoga retreat for GBQ (gay, bi, queer) men who want to experience being with a tender, nourishing and supportive group of like-minded men.
The weekend will be hosted by two experienced teachers, Andy Butterfield and Tom Cowan, who have been leading workshops and retreats offering Vajrasati & Hatha Flow Yoga, Shiatsu, Meditation, Nature Connection Practices and Mindfulness. They regularly contribute to the events of Yoganu, Loving Men, Tantra for Gay Men and the Radical Faeries.
Tom & Andy will be your gentle and supportive guides over the event, helping you to connect deeply with yourself and the rest of the lovely men in attendance.
Over the weekend there will be opportunities to build relationships with each other, creating trust, mutuality and reciprocity. There will also be space to simply 'be', by ourselves, in this held, safe and peaceful environment.

Our venue for the event is Gayles, a beautiful retreat centre situated in the outstanding countryside of the South Downs in East Sussex. Food at the event is vegetarian and with sufficient notice it's possible to provide vegan, dairy-free and wheat-free diets.
