The Interstate Compact (out of state offenders) course will be covering the history of the associated law with a short video that helps explain some of the background with this statute.
We will also be covering what law enforcement's part is in this statute, what the fingerprint requirements are, as well as the treatment centers' role that requires the LEA’s assistance with the fingerprints.
This class is extremely helpful for coordinators, those who fingerprint for agencies, and individuals who read the QW entries.
