Join us in celebrating International Women in Engineering Day by connecting with other women in STEM!

The University of Newcastle is holding a special online event to honour the amazing work of women in engineering and inspire the next generation.

We’ve asked four outstanding UON graduates to share their insights and experiences as early-career engineers. Learn what inspired them to pursue a career in engineering, how they transitioned from university to the workforce, and if the illusive work/life balance is possible.

Experienced women in industry will also be taking part in the conversation. This is your chance to ask questions, put your best foot forward, and make valuable connections for your future in engineering!

Get your registrations in ASAP – the first 30 people to sign up will receive a $10 Sprout voucher to put towards a coffee catch-up with someone you connect with in the event.

This event is brought to you by the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, in collaboration with HunterWiSE, Newcastle University Women in Engineering (NUWiE), and Engineers Australia.
