Do you want to improve your body movement, body control, & natural ginga? This class is design for all levels. With over 30 years of music and dance experience, Brayo will cover techniques and drills that will not only allow you to significantly enhance your social dancing but empower you with a solid understanding of your body mechanics. Having this understanding allows you to push beyond your limits and dance with an enlightened mindset.
