Alan Goode is the CEO, Chief Analyst and Founder of Goode Intelligence, a world-leading identity and biometrics research and consulting organisation founded in 2007 and based in London. With 13 years of research and analysis experience and 17 years of senior management and technology consultancy including strategy and deployment, Alan is an expert in biometrics, authentication/identity, fraud management and cyber security. His previous roles include Head of Information Security at T-Mobile UK, Security Practice Manager at Atos Origin, Head of Digital Security at De La Rue Identity Systems (including biometric passports) and Security Analyst for Citibank (Payments).
Emma Lindley is the co-founder of Women in Identity, a not for profit organisation focused on developing talent and diversity in the identity industry. She has worked in the industry for 17 years, and during that time has won multiple awards for her work. Emma has an MBA from Manchester Business School and completed her thesis in Competitive Strategy in the Identity Market.
Lisa is the innovative and inspired leader of mypensionID. Established in 2019, following her vision to provide a digital solution to pension schemes to verify a member’s existence and their contact details, both within the UK and internationally. mypensionID is being used in multiple ways by pension schemes and allowing the public to find and connect with all their pensions, without a need to transfer or consolidate. Lisa benefits from a wealth of knowledge in global tracing and data verification from her experience as Managing Director of Target Professional Services for over 20 years, who are market-leading specialists in this field.
Working for NatWest Group, Charlotte has spent the last three years in Retail Banking Innovation & Strategy. Focussed on innovating the customer experience, specifically on the opportunities for identity and data sharing. Keen to conquer the challenges around inclusion and customers choice in technology, but also how to keep data private and secure.
Ruth O’Toole is Senior Legal Counsel in Daon. Ruth has particular expertise in commercial contracts, data protection, technology and intellectual property. Ruth negotiates transaction documents globally, and acts as a senior adviser to the business. Ruth also works with product teams, advising on software development, keeping pace effectively with cutting-edge technology. A core focus of Ruth’s role is data privacy, providing strategic advice and training on privacy compliance issues globally. Ruth is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager, has published articles on privacy and biometric technology, and acts as a guest lecturer on the Law Society of Ireland Diploma in IP and Technology Law.
