When: Thursday 23 May, 12-5pm

Where: Home Ideas, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland

Session Leaders:

SESSION ONE = Disruptive Business Systems with Melissa Clark-Reynolds (Future Centre) and Dr Antony Pelosi (Victoria University of Wellington, School of Architecture). New Zealand needs the construction industry to build high quality, sustainable buildings to house and sustain people and businesses reducing social costs. To do that, the industry needs to be open and agile - able to predict and quickly respond to change. Read 'When did disruption become a good thing?'

SESSION TWO = We believe that we should work hard in order to be happy, but could we be thinking about things backwards? The Happiness Project - impacting your bottom-line through a targeted results-driven team programme with Amanda Warren (Constructing Excellence). Watch this TEDx from psychologist Shawn Achor arguing that actually, happiness inspires productivity.
