Marcia Patrick, MSN, RN, CIC - Guest Speaker

Marcia has over 30 years of experience in infection control, including acute care, ambulatory care, adult and pediatrics in medical centers and community hospitals. She has served on the APIC Board of Directors from 2009 to 2012, and has authored and co-authored a number of infection prevention-related peer-reviewed articles. Marcia is currently teaching and consulting and is a surveyor for AAAHC.

Marcia will discuss important infection-related survey findings in ambulatory surgery centers and those posing high-risks for patients.
