The 2019 INCS Teacher & Administrator Job Fair will take place on Saturday, April 6 at ITW David Speer Academy, a campus of the Noble Network of Charter Schools (5321 W. Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60639; see map below).
The Job Fair provides Illinois charter public schools the opportunity to:
· Meet with hundreds of educators, who attend free of charge.
· Search in advance for job seekers who meet their specific criteria using the INCS Online Resume Bank. (After you register, INCS will send an email with login information to the Resume Bank.)
· Conduct optional on-site interviews with candidates after the meet and greet session (12-1:30 PM).
For the first time this year, INCS will offer charter schools two settings to interact with job seekers during the Job Fair:
1. Reserve a table in the gymnasium (traditional job fair "booth" model) where school representatives can briefly meet and speak to many job seekers.
2. Reserve a classroom with greater flexibility to interact with job seekers. For example, in one section of the classroom you can "meet and greet" job seekers, while, in another section, school representatives conduct screening interviews with selected candidates. Classrooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until they are sold out. (Reminder: Using the INCS Online Resume Bank you can review candidates in advance to identify high-interest leads.)
Each single-site charter school, network, or CMO within a network may reserve one (1) table in the gymnasium, one (1) classroom, or one of each. INCS will provide signage in the school, a map in the program book, and staff at the Job Fair to help job seekers navigate the new setup to locate all school tables and classrooms.

Job Fair Schedule:
· 9:00 am - 9:30 am: School set-up
· 9:15 am - 10:00 am: Job seeker check-in
· 10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Meet and greet for job seekers and schools
· 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm: (Optional to charter schools) On-site interviews with selected candidates
Discounted tickets are available for INCS member schools whose dues are paid in full. Early bird prices are available for schools through February 22, 2019. Registration closes March 20, 2019. Only Illinois charter public schools may register.
