Imports 102

  • In the class we will expand upon the training provided in Imports 101, taking a deeper look at the various aspects of the import process.

  • This is a great opportunity for individuals involved in importing, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution and others to expand their knowledge or get a strong fundamental understanding of the import process and the compliance issues that may entail.

  • For industry employers it is a valuable tool to provide a well-rounded basic training for your new employees in the import business or those that just need a better understanding of importing processes.  Trusting that your employees are knowledgeable in how to handle your imports is a comfort to the business owner.

  • Class materials will be provided.

  • A workshop session will also be part of the class, to get a hands on experience with the process.

  • Morning and Afternoon snacks will be provided, lunch is not included.
