These experiential, one-day workshops reveal how early bonding and childhood experiences leave imprints on mind, body and personality. This affects our ability to trust ourselves, and impacts our later relationships with partners, children, siblings, colleagues & friends, as well as our health and our choices in life.
Through Identity Constellations we begin to recognise the ‘survival strategies’ that have been running us. The explorations allow us to access and integrate our unconscious feelings and our real needs. We begin to know and trust ourselves more deeply, enabling us to build our ‘healthy self’, gradually becoming more autonomous and creating healthier relationships.

WHAT HAPPENS AT A WORKSHOP?
For each constellation, we simply ask the question: “What do you want?” From this the client creates a ‘Sentence of Intention’ which provides the framework for their self-encounter.
Members of the group are invited to participate as Representatives. They simply report on their physical or emotional experience in the moment. A ‘Constellation’ emerges and parts of the self begin to come into contact and interact.
Identity Constellations were developed by Professor Franz Ruppert alongside his Multi-Generational Psycho-Traumatology theory. With roots in the Family Constellations of Bert Hellinger, this significantly revised method also incorporates current scientific and psychological theories of Limbic Resonance, Bonding and Attachment.

WORKSHOP PLACE + OPTIONAL PERSONAL CONSTELLATION: £105 (full price) / £95 (early bird) / £60 (concessions). NB only 4 available per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund less £15 admin fee up until 1 week before the workshop. No refunds after his date. Alternatively you can transfer to a later workshop at no cost up to 1 week before the workshop. If the workshop has to be cancelled and you don't want to transfer to another date, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.
